Proposal Design & Client Approval Process

After finalizing the Project Agreement, Softech Masters will deliver a comprehensive Proposal Design to the client within 10 to 15 working days.

This proposal will include:

• A detailed outline of the product’s features and functionalities
• The project layout design and user interface structure
• Web front-end elements, including suggested color schemes and design aesthetics
• Back-end development plans, including coding frameworks, technologies, and architecture

Once the proposal is delivered, the client will have 7 working days to review all the provided information and respond with feedback or approval to proceed to the development phase. This collaborative step ensures complete alignment between the client's vision and our technical execution—setting the foundation for a smooth and successful project.
