Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Process

At Softech Masters, our dedicated QA/QC team is responsible for all testing and commissioning of the developed websites, applications, or software products. We follow standardized testing and commissioning procedures in accordance with the signed contract.

Our team rigorously identifies and resolves any issues discovered during testing to ensure a flawless final product. The primary objective of Softech Masters’ QC team is to verify that the product:

• Meets 100% of the agreed requirements
• Performs functionally and responsively according to established standards

Our Quality Control program typically involves the following testing types:

• Speed, Agility, and Quickness Test (SQC)
• Acceptance Testing
• Integration Testing
• System Testing
• Unit Testing

Before project closure, the client will conduct their own functional testing to validate the product. Upon full satisfaction, the client will sign the project clearance documents as per the agreement, marking successful project completion
